Ross Lisney-Wilson
Treble Ross Lisney-Wilson is a pupil at St John's College, and a chorister in the Metropolitan Cathedral Choir in Cardiff. Recent solo appearances include Bernstein Chichester Psalms for Llandaff Cathedral Choral Society. and the rôle of 'Pickled boy' in Benjamin Britten's cantata Saint Nicolas, also with LCCS.
With the Metropolitan Cathedral Choir he recently performed in the Christmas Special of BBC's Doctor Who. Forthcoming projects include solos in the choir's radio broadcasts on BBC Radio Wales on February 14th and Easter Day and in the Easter lunchtime concert at St David's Hall on Tuesday 23 March.
Ross studies the piano with John Cheer and the bassoon with Wendy Lisney. Recent orchestral performances include Grieg's Piano Concerto in A minor and Haydn's Trumpet Concerto in Eb.
